PostSubject: Remake Sunset Valley- First WIP   Sun Jan 17, 2010 10:20 pm

Hey guys Very Happy As some of you may know, I have begun a large scale task. I have downloaded Flabaliki's Emptied Sunset Valley and I have taken it upon myself to build a home for EVERY residential lot and EVERY community lot there is. It will take me many months and lots of determination, but I intend to finish this, no matter how hard it is. Maybe even upload it to MTS (if I figure out how).

Now here is my first WIP, placed where Paulina and Hank used to live, is a bachelor/party pad.

Here is the front of the house, I plan to keep it mostly the same, only a few changes. I have added the trees because they take up empty space on the house and look attractive.

Here we have our bachelors pool, for entertainment and exercise. It's most likely staying the same also, as I have CASt'd it already, I just need to edit the ladders.

This is the pride and joy of the house- the raise gazebo. I have lined it with foliage to hide the ugly hillish area around it. This will house the bar area when I have finished.

Here is another view of the Backyard. You can see the "grilling deck" and also the other side of the gazebo.

That's it so far Very Happy

I just want to let you all know- This is my FIRST house build out of my mind, not a floor plan Very Happy

Here is my palette: http://www.colourlovers.com/palette/1072565/beach_front_beauty

With the gazebo roof, try shortening it by a tile or 2, it should fit just right over the gazebo.

Wow, great job so far! This is your first time without a floorplan? I wouldn't have know if you hadn't said something...you must be a natural!

I am wondering about your roof...something looks off there to me, but I can't put my finger on it. Maybe it's just me, afterall I haven't had my coffee yet today, lol.

In any case, it's looking great! Keep the pics coming!

Update!!! Yay!

And now, the moment you've all been waiting for. I HAVE FINISHED MY WIP! So I can't call it one anymore Very Happy I have decided to upload it, so I hope you all like! BTW what is the recommended size of a cover pic? Thanks! Here are some piccies!

Front:

Which one of those should be the cover picture? I like the second one the best Very Happy

Backyard:

Interior:

There is our play tester! His Name is Cookie Disaster by Jamiee17, I just did a little facial and clothing editing Very Happy

(now we go upstairs to our loft area)

(bathroom)

And that's it!! Talk about a long post Very Happy So, seeing as you probably forgot by now, here are the cover picture options again:

A?

Or B?

Just in case you were wondering- Here is my palette again.

Does anyone have any name suggestions? I haven't given it much thought... By the way- I will be moving this project to Tweekie's new world, as the scenery is just amazing.

Comments are welcome!
