I am posting this here cause EA is taking way too long

floorplan link

.
Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-7-1

I like to start with a wall ...just a couple sections to give me a guideline for how high I want to raise the terrain.

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-8-1

now I use the medium square raise terain with the softness bar moved all the way left and raise it up to close to wall height

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-9-1

then remove the wall

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-11

now we use the level tool to make a nice large area to start our build

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-14

add a foundation roughly the size you need

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-16

remove the middle of the foundation so it looks like the picture above

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-19

level from the lowest point out

Put the foundation back by using the foundation tool to go back around your origianl area.

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-14

turn on cheat constrainfloorelevation (CFE) false

then place walls 1 tile in from outer foundation

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-20

now when you go up to the top you will see a problem

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-21

its okay...go to terrain tools and select level drag across floor

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-22

now we need to remove some foundation again

in front where our garage will be

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-27

and behind for rear elevation---

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-28

now delete walls and add new walls to make it look like the next picture

Now since the plan shows an octaganal room we need to add more foundation before we do this turn CFE back on

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-32

then use the diagonal foundation tool to remove sections of foundation

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-42-1

create walls inside foundation like the folowing pic

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-43-1

create a wall to the side of the house as a leveling aid and turn CFE back on

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-45-1

level the entire house

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-46-1

turn CFE cheat back off

then use straight and diagonal foundation tools to remove foundation as follows

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-44-1

add walls and a stair

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-54-1

use MOO cheat to place windows in foundation and upperwalls

Terrain Sculpting Screenshot-63-1

you will have to play with the windows to find the ones that work best....

but at the end you have a house very close to the floorplan look

you can also just do regular walls raise terrain as close to the walls as you can go and use MOO and flowers to hide the slope nearest to the walls.

Tanks cheers
