| I am building a beach front home on light house blvd. This is not really a cabin but a bit more modern beach home. I am going for a somewhat weathered, casual, simple home... I originally thought to keep it under the starter budget, but of course, that flew out the window when I started putting in the windows along with the stairs!! I have also tried playing with cfe... not a pleasant experience! Even the little dog ran off from me when I started swearing!! Poooor little Butters thought he had once again been caught in the act of misbehaving- only, this time he couldn't figure out what it was he did!!! This is the version I started Then after a few suggestions that the stairs were overpowering, I have come up with this version This is the interior layout. | |

| Thanks Julia. I have a few things left to do on the landscaping but it is almost done. I don't want to mess with it too much more because I want to keep that natural nonlandscaped feeling. | |

| Oh wow that is really nice! I think there were too many stairs at the beginning but it looks great. (not like it didn't before.) I like all the windows and how they overlook the ocean. I like the loft a lot. And the landscaping is beautiful. I see those surfboards are getting around. I haven't used them yet...but I have them. Seeing your build really makes me want to just play for a while. Let me know when I can dl it. | |

| Thanks everyone!! It's been so cold here that I wanted to spend some time where it felt warm at least!! Today, I am going to finish the landscaping and then start on the interior! I'm hoping to get it ready to upload by tonight or tomorrow morning!! I am planning to add a community beach next door to it which hopefully include a public swimming area! That may take a while to get figured out!!! But, anyway, that's why there's no pool or anything on this private lot! | |

| It's looking great! The landscaping is perfect, I love that you have the lounge chairs on the beach, and the fire pit will be fun for parties! | |

| Cera, thanks!! I was debating whether to change or add anything to the landscaping but now I think I'll let it be other than the few small details like the garden plots! | |

| I really like this beach house! The landcaping is lovely, you can't grow too much on the beach so you have got it just right. You are right tweek those surfboards really got around. There is also a truck with surfboards in the back, looks great parked on these beachy lots. I love emoticons! | |
