The Carter House

Got my victorian loaded!

Welcome to The Carter House, 7 Victoria Drive, Creative Island



The Carter house was built in 1856 by Mr. George Carter for his wife Martha and daughter Ginny. Unfortunately the 3rd floor turret is inaccessable. Mrs. Carter barley got her wrap around porch before her husband spent her staircase funds on a very unsuccessful llama farm. Good thing the community has forgotten about it, it was sad existence.

Anyhow, the Carter House has been lovingly cared for and other than some kitchen and bathroom upgrades it is all original. The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, spacious living room for entertaining, formal dining room, updated kitchen, fruit and veggie garden, and koi pond.
